My Story

 I am here because I do not want others to go through the struggles I did to get to a point where they have accurate, up to date books for their business.   

I had tried in the 80's to use QuickBooks for our farm bookkeeping, but I had little accounting knowledge, less computer knowledge, and no support.  I soon surrendered to the pencil and paper method. 

After I became employed off the farm and returned to college, I began investigating the options for farm bookkeeping.  It seemed that all the programs were very expensive, very difficult to understand, and not practical to use for any other businesses I might have on the side.

I researched and discovered that QuickBooks could be adapted for Ag with several workarounds, and that it is the best program for most other businesses as well.
